Hi, I’m Francisco Perez, Certified Master Dog Trainer and founder of Fidocan in Wellington, Florida. For over 12 years, I’ve worked with dedicated dog owners who value structure, clarity, and meaningful results.
Many training programs concentrate on managing behavior symptoms. My work goes deeper. I focus on understanding the individual dog—its temperament, drives, and natural strengths—and then building a structured development plan around those qualities.
When training is aligned with a dog’s innate abilities and supported by calm, consistent leadership, behavior improves with stability, not pressure.
